Ingredients for 4 persons :
- 4 apples
- 1 lemon
- 25g butter
- 1 C. tablespoon of sugar
- 10 cl of cream
- 2 slices of gingerbread.
Creamy apple and gingerbread soup
Peel the apples. Hollow out the heart in an apple corer.
Cut the apples roughly into quarters and season with lemon.
In a saucepan, place the butter.
Add the sugar and leave to caramelize.
Add the apples and pour water up to the fruit.
Cook for ten minutes.
Add the cream and mix.
Serve warm and garnish with a few diced gingerbread.
