Treat yourself with these delicious strawberry verrines à la faisselle for a light dessert, easy and quick to prepare.

Ingredients for 4 persons :
- 250 g of strawberries
- 4 strands of mint
- 400 g of faisselle (40% fat)
- 4 tbsp. agave syrup
- 2 dry cookies
Strawberry verrines with faisselle
> Wash, stalk and cut the strawberries into mirepoix.
> Wash, dry and remove the leaves from the mint.
In 4 verrines,
> Arrange the well-drained faisselle, pour in the agave syrup, then place the mirepoix of strawberries. Place in the fridge.
When ready to serve, grind the cookies, sprinkle each verrine with them and garnish with mint leaves.

You can make these verrines with raspberries, figs or other seasonal fruits.
Garnish with toasted sesame, slivered almonds or fresh herbs.
